My Abilities
HTML & Responsive Design
I am knowledgeable in HTML5 and CSS3 in order to create responsive websites that are modern and visually appealing. The combination of these coding languages and others, allows me to create effective and dynamic websites.
Content Management Systems
Content Management Systems allow me to better organize and design websites, as well as the content within them. My favorite CMS is WordPress because not only is it user friendly, but it is very teachable.
Front-end Frameworks
Frameworks provide a standard way to design and build websites. They assist me in organizing a website in the most practical way possible. I am knowledgeable in Bootstrap and Foundation, which are very effective frameworks that can be used for anyone's website.

Music mania is a website I created in the fall of 2015 for BWM160 Introduction to Scripting and Databases. The purpose of the website is to browse for songs in the database created, and be able to add songs to the database. The music displayed on the browse page is inside an organized table.
The user also has the option to search for specific songs in the database by using the search bar. They can search by the ID, Title, Artist, Album, and Genre. The user also has the option to sort the results of their search in either ascending or descending order. All of this was completed with HTML, PHP, and CSS.

The Store Next Door was a project completed for BWM359 Web Project Management. The Store Next Door is an e-commerce site created for the Beckoning Cat Project, which is a non-profit organization. The store is located adjacent to the Beckoning Cat Project building. All the sales from the store go directly to funding the clinic.
The class was split up in four teams, and each team had to compete and create an e-commerce site for the client, which was the Beckoning Cat Project. The client chose another team’s website that is currently up and running. My team used WooCommerce for our e-commerce platform. We chose WooCommerce because it is free and is one of the most customizable platforms.
While working on this project, I learned how to use WooCommerce by adding and updating products for their online store.
